Food Allergy Coaching FAQ

“Just because you have a restricted diet does not mean you have a restricted life.” – Sloane Miller, Allergic Girl

WHO IS SLOANE MILLER?

I’m Sloane Miller. I love food. I’m a food allergy advocate, an author and life coach. I have food allergies to tree nuts and salmon. I’ve had them since childhood. I started Allergic Girl Resources, Inc. (AGR) to help people with food allergies live safely, effectively and joyously.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are someone who wants to make bold changes in your life. You may be like me, an adult with food allergies since childhood or an adult newly diagnosed with a food allergy, the parent of a child with food allergies or a young adult. We work together on everything from expanding social horizons to understanding what a medical diagnosis means to you.

WHAT IS FOOD ALLERGY COACHING?

I am your biggest supporter, faithful cheerleader and trusted guide. Through weekly discussions in person or on the phone, we work together to:

  • Understand what food allergies mean to you
  • Develop manageable goals
  • Work toward a safer, more effective and joyous life lived with food allergies

WHERE DO WE DO FOOD ALLERGY COACHING?

I am based in New York City. I work out of an office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan; however, I also talk with clients nationally and internationally via telephone and online video chat.
